The timing coincides with Tom's 70th birthday on July 4, making this a meaningful and natural point for the transition.
Tom and Joe are aligned on one priority: clients should experience a smooth, seamless handover.
Tom will continue with the firm in a reduced capacity, with an ongoing focus on real estate, wills, and estate matters.
